In Yoruba syncretism ( Santería / Lucumi ), San Pancracio does not have a direct equivalent as popular as other saints, but his worship as a saint of strength, youth, and prosperity is related to Orishas of wealth and work such as Ajé Shalunga (spirit of money and luck) or even with attributes of young and strong Orishas, although his worship is usually more typical of popular practices that seek prosperity and luck in games, invoking his figure as a teenage martyr.
