Tierra Hospital. 1 oz

In Santería and related magical practices, hospital dirt is primarily used to manipulate health, whether to cause illness, mental imbalances, or to seek healing for serious ailments. It is considered a "power dirt" with dense vibrations due to the intense energies of illness, pain, death, and hope that concentrate in that place.

• To sicken or cause harm: It is used in black magic workings or binding spells with negative intent to cause a person to become physically ill.
• To drive someone mad or cause instability: Similar to cemetery dirt, it is used to cause mental imbalances, anxiety, or nightmares in an enemy.
• Healing (in specific contexts): Some practitioners use it in reversal rituals to "return" the illness to its place of origin or for healing workings for serious illnesses.
