Volcanic Stone (Otanes) 1 piece

In the Yoruba religion, consecrated stones (called otanes) represent the vital energy of the deities. Volcanic rock or lava otanes are primarily used for Aggayú Solá, the orisha who rules magma and volcanoes, and for Changó, the god of thunder.

• Aggayú Solá: Due to their igneous nature, the dark and porous otanes from the volcano are the most suitable to represent his telluric force and his connection to the center of the earth.
• Changó (Chango): Due to his close link with fire and the energy of creation, he also receives this type of stone as a foundation to enhance his energy.
• Eshu and Elegguá: In certain paths and specific protection or binding rituals, lava stones are used to establish the power of these deities.
