7-piece surgical set with case. Surgery

In Santería and Afro-Cuban traditions (the Orisha-Ifá Rule), a surgical set is primarily used in the context of spiritual surgery or energy healing rituals, not for conventional medical procedures.

• Spiritual Surgery/Healing: Instruments such as scalpels, forceps, and scissors (often made of stainless steel) are used to simulate an operation on the patient's energy body. The goal is to "extract" negative energies, spiritual illnesses, or entities that cause physical or emotional discomfort.
• Tools of the Warriors (Oggún): Stainless steel is associated with the orisha Oggún (owner of iron) and is believed to repel negative energies. Therefore, the instruments may form part of defensive tools or be used in ceremonies to cleanse heavy burdens.
• Cleanings (Ebbo): These instruments are used in ebbo (works or sacrifices) to cut ties or negative influences.
• Symbolic representation: The set represents the power of metal to cut and heal, symbolically acting as the sword of Saint Michael or warrior tools to protect the individual's aura.
