Alum Stone

In Santería and esoteric traditions, alum is primarily used for spiritual protection, acting as a shield against negative energies, envy, and the evil eye. It is used to cleanse people's auras and purify the atmosphere of homes, absorbing dense vibrations

• Protective shield: It is carried with you as an amulet, often wrapped in blue cloth or thread, to block adverse external influences.
• Energy cleansing: It is passed around the body (smudging or cleansing) to remove negative charges, often burned afterward to release the accumulated tension.
• Home protection: Placing alum stones in corners or near the entrance helps maintain a safe and harmonious space
